Mississippi Elections, November 5th, 2019
All 52 state senate seats, 122 state house of representatives seats, and 22 district attorney seats are up for election, along with public service commissioner and transportation commissioner seats in the northern, central, and southern districts and statewide offices including Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General.
Senate District 50
State senate district 50 is unusual in this election. The republican primary for this seat was decided by a single vote, but there may have been an irregularity involving multiple ballot scanners and a missing flash drive causing some votes not to be counted; so, the general election on the 5th is also a do-over primary for this district.
Colors
The colors mean nothing.
